The brief: A fully integrated campaign was required to launch the reimagination of Stowford Mill, a former paper mill in Ivybridge which was set to be transformed into a collection of new homes and commercial spaces.
What we did: We developed a campaign that opened the doors of the mill, for the first time in its 200 year history. The campaign centred around ‘Yours to discover’ – an inviting strapline that centred wholly around our target market. For the first phase of the development we launched a website, social media platforms and invited local press to tour the site. This was coupled with launching sales for the first phase of new homes, which required an attractive brochure design, digital strategy and direct mail campaign.
Results: Over 300 visitors attended the first launch event for the new homes, resulting in 21 plot reservations. In less than a year we grew the Facebook and Instagram channels by over 400 followers. Facebook advertising alone generated over 90 leads for potential buyers.
