THE BRIEF: Project manage and create a stand-out piece of marketing collateral for Burrington Estates Notre Dame property development. This brochure was the cornerstone of their marketing campaign and helped provide stellar sales leads.

Working with the in-house Burrington marketing team we helped manage whole process, starting with concepting all the way through to delivery. We worked hand in hand with our client. Quick overview:
- We created a suite of different brochure concepts, with rationale
- Once the initial concept was approved we devised and designed the whole brochure including photography, colour scheme, look and feel
- We wrote engaging copy that reflected the quality of the development
- We sourced images, ensuring they reflected the quality of the property and the highlighted the desirable aspects of the locality
- We recommended the paper quality, type of binding, foil block
- We arranged print, production and distribution
The success of the brochure led to Attention Media gaining more work with Burrington Estates, and being recommended as their preferred marketing parter to their business associates.
