AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR ALL OF THESE POSITIONS

Social Media Executive

Social media is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic areas of marketing. Attention Media is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate social media executive to help establish and grow this important part of the agency’s integrated marketing proposition. 

The role

The social media & digital executive will support with the planning and execution of social media campaigns. You’ll be asked to research, plan, strategise and write copy, drawing on a wide range of skills with social media at the heart. 

Working closely with our Account Managers, you will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns and clients, so strong project management skills are a must. You will be familiar with different social media channels and their use in both B2C and B2B marketing. You will have some experience in developing and implementing organic and paid social media strategies, engaging with online communities and influencers, producing content in line with overall communications objectives and providing clients with in-depth reports and recommendations.  

AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION

Key Deliverables in role:

Responsible for supporting our clients in managing their social media channels. This will include: 

  • Working closely with the Account Managers to suggest social media activity and content that supports the client’s campaign schedule and propositions. 
  • Analysing social media conversations around relevant subjects to understand influencers, and provide recommendations on how to engage these influencers and the wider social media community. 
  • Developing content for posting on all designated social media channels. 
  • Ongoing social media monitoring and engagement with communities and influencers. 
  • Monitoring trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at The Marketing Practice. 
  • Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts. 

Account Executive

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic Account Executive to join our expanding team.

The role 

The Account Executive will support Account Managers with all aspects relating to the fulfilment and implementation of all marketing and PR activities. Working in a fast-paced environment, the executive will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills and have first-class organisations skills, as well as being able to establish and set priorities.

With evolving and frequently changing deadlines, the candidate will need to be adaptable to work well under pressure and be flexible around the changing needs of clients and the agency. Multi-tasking is a must and we are seeking a proactive individual to make their mark on the agency!

AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION

Skills / requirements of the job:

  • Content creation, including writing various pieces of copy for web, email campaigns, blogs, press releases, social media, brochures and a variety of other marketing collateral
  • Experience organising and hosting events
  • Ability to implement multi-faceted marketing campaigns
  • Compiling client reports
  • General office admin
  • Building relationships with clients, team members and other external partners (such as press, print partner, photographers etc.)
  • Proficient in Excel and mail chimp,
  • Social media engagement and organic posts
  • Research skills (collating lists for bloggers, community events, influencers)
  • Managing databases
  • Confident dealing with clients
  • Briefing in-house team and third parties
  • Must be a great communicator!

Senior Account Manager

We’re growing and we need an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our team.

Being the main point of contact with the client, we are looking for someone extremely personable that can develop and maintain relationships with clients, key stakeholders, team members and will act as a great ambassador not only for Attention Media, but the businesses we represent. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – are essential.

Attention Media is an extremely collaborative agency – both in how we work with clients, the team ethos and how we work with other agencies or partners – and anyone joining our team will need to demonstrate working in this way.  

Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the bottom line and motivated by achieving commercial results for clients, the candidate will develop marketing strategies focused on results. 

Creative flair and ability to offer ideas for any sector, to varying deadlines and budgets is a must. A key understanding of marketing trends – and in particular digital and online – is key to this role.
